• Use IATA’s Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) manual and understand the necessary dangerous good Notification document

• Apply regulations to identify classes, marking and labelling applicable to dangerous goods shipments

• Apply dangerous goods emergency response procedures

• Understand the origins of the current regulations
