These regulations include legal requirements, operational restrictions, packaging instructions, marking, labeling and documentation to ensure the safe transportation of these goods. Gain the competencies to process shipments containing dangerous goods according to the current edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) manual and in accordance with the Competency-Based Training and Assessment approach (CBTA).

• Personnel working for cargo agents, consolidators and freight forwarder who are responsible for processing dangerous goods consignments from shippers to airlines

• Company aiming to meet the requirements for IATA Cargo Agent

• Personnel works for Airline, Cargo terminal operators, Freight Forwarder and Ground handling companies who:

  • Responsible for accepting dangerous goods consignments

  • Perform cargo acceptance of dangerous goods consignments

Course Type

• Initial Training (5 Days or 40 Hours)​

• Refresher/Recurrent Training (4 Days or 32 Hours)
  (Participant must hold valid Dangerous Goods Training Certificate of Job Function 7.3)
